Had never listened to the song 'Jhonkaa hawa ka' from Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam so clearly before. Its simply amazing. The lyrics are mind blowing. Having said that do we now have any song that has meaningful lyrics. Hardly a few. Music is supposed to capture the soul, not make it cringe. Here a few of my favourite recent songs which has some great lyrics.

The worse lyrics for me still remains, Dil dance maare from Tashan.
