Bangalore's Recipes

As a lover of food and cooking, I tend to experiment a lot. I like to try out new cuisines and new food. Just as much as I like cooking and trying out new recipes. One of the things that I absolutely love to do is to try to replicate recipes of dishes that I have eaten outside. When you live in a city like Bangalore, you are never short of fine dining restaurants. Almost every nook and corner of the city has something new to offer. Each dish is so exotic and so diverse that you cannot help but fall in love with it. From Italian to Mexican, from Chinese to the perfect South Indian, everything is now available in the restaurants of Bangalore. You do not have to go far to eat some delectable food, it is all present right here in the neighborhood.

If you have a penchant for taste than you would recognize some of the ingredients used in the dishes. It is a thrill you know, as you begin to identify the ingredients used in every dish with every morsel. Thanks to the wide range of channels on TV almost everyone of us is now familiar with the cuisines of the world and the exotic ingredients used. Most of Bangalore's fine dining restaurants offer the best dishes from all around the world. But some of the best restaurants in Bangalore are the hidden ones. You need to search for them and once you find them then there is no looking back.

Be it the exotic date pudding from Olive Beach, the kasundi chicken from The Pink Poppadom, the tender coconut kheer from Bon South, to the blueberry cheesecake in BYLI, Bangalore's restaurants serve some of the most yummiest dishes that you can think of. Each restaurant cherish their recipe and this shows in the quality of food that they serve to their customers. Every bite takes you to heaven and every morsel is polished off the plate. The diverse recipes available in the city attract tourists and thrill the local crowd. Most of the dishes being served were only seen on television until now. But now everyone can step out of their house and try these dishes within the city limits.

You do not have to travel to a different country to try a different cuisine. Almost every cuisine that you can think off is now available in Bangalore. If you are a food lover, this is the place for you to be.
