Your Love Is My Drug

Like intoxicating wine you fill me up
Flowing through every drop of my blood
Nurturing every feeling inside me
Love grew into a flower from a bud

I can feel you in every vein
Your touch always gives me a high
I grow wings in your presence
Flying high above in the sky

You are like the sweet shot of tequila
Quenching the thirst of my parched throat
Drenched in spirit I float with you
Finding our way to our love boat

Every ring of smoke that we share
Screams out our passionate tale
No matter how many sticks we burn
My feelings will never get stale

I am addicted to you in every way
Without you I cannot think right
You are the venom I crave for
In my bed, every night

The whiskey we share knows us well
It too has become a part of our story
I have surrendered myself to you
You now own me in all glory

In spite of all these varied options
Nothing comforts me like your hug
A drink is just an excuse to be by your side
Your love is my actual drug

  3. Hi,
I am a frequent visitor to your blog. Seeing how prolific you are, I was wondering if you make money from the blog (if not, you should)?
Also, I am thinking of starting my own blog. Any tips for an aspirinh blogger ?

    1. Hello, welcome here.

I do not make money from my blog, because I do not want to. This space is for myself and I do not want revenue out of it.

Start your blog and write for yourself first and then for others. That's the only tip I'd give you now.

Just like me, say what you feel. While constructive criticism is welcome, please keep it subtle and kind. Thank you!
